Kitchen was sufficiently equipped to make small dishes. Communication with the host was great! Location is perfect

One of the best accomodations I have ever had - good location, nice and wel equiped appertement and very friendly host. If ever go back to Palermo, will choose him again without doubt.

Plenty of space in the apartment compared to standard European accommodations and includes everything necessary to feel homey. Really great location and hospitable host.

Bread jam biscuits coffee and tea left for us was excellent. Air conditioning was brilliant, shower was great, clean and was a body jet - so lovely.

Centrally located, Alessio went over and above as a host with plenty of recommendations. He was super accommodating and friendly.

Right n the center of palermo and close to a lot of nice things. Self check in is smooth.

What we mostly did not like was the contact with the owner. We needed to fill in a contract which i have never had to do before. There was also no pen in the room. About this he was very pushy. Also he texted us multiple times afterwards without reason. Once was for a lot of tips, which was nice. But after he asked a couple of times if we were ok. I just want to be left alone on my holiday and preferably not answer people's texts all the time.

Spacious rooms and shower, clean and comfortable beds

Very dry room, maybe because of the bakery below.
