Everything was perfect! The apartment is very comfortable and cosy.

It's very close to Mercado del Capo and close to a bakery and cafe I enjoyed.

The bed is a pull-out couch that is incredibly uncomfortable. The kitchen was dirty when we arrived, along with many of the glasses and mugs. Upon booking, I told the host that my husband and I are gluten-free, as I am celiac. The host said no problem and would provide us with gluten-free food for a typical Italian breakfast. When we arrived, there was one load of bread (not gluten-free) and some marmalade.

The apartment was the cleanest accommodation we have ever stayed in, including hotels. The location was convenient to walk to everything we wanted to see. The neighborhood was quiet at night, the bed was comfortable, roomy bathroom, decent size kitchen, very good A/C. We especially enjoyed the terrace to sit in the evenings and after dark. Floriana was so helpful in providing suggestions for restaurants and sites to visit. She was good at keeping in touch and arranging transport from the airport. Our flight was delayed and we did not arrive at the airport until after midnight and she kept in touch and gave us the contact information for the driver to let him know of the change. Someone met us to let us in even at that late hour. We definitely recommend this accommodation.

Close to major sites. Room was spacious, clean and a separate room for a kitchenette. The room had a large private patio which we did not use. Communication was great with the host Alessio and Floriana who were quick to respond. Checking in was a breeze.

We did not like the fact that the walls are paper thin and unfortunately we had a baby next door. Who would sometimes wake us up early in the morning. Outside the apartment looked kind of sketchy but was very safe but not too clean.

The apartment is really beautiful, clean and cozy. The location is perfect. All the most important places to visit, the main station, etc. can be reached on foot. The owner always response very quickly. There was no problem with staying a little bit longer when we were waiting for our flight.

It's good to know that the area is quite noisy, even in the morning. But I guess it's always a problem when you are looking for good localtion.

Very nice terace and very clean, in a very good locarion, not far away from famous landmarks and a bus or train station.

Great location, good size apartment, we received a little surprize from the host (the breakfast with Nutella, Apricot jam, bread, Nutella sticks, some roll with nocciolla cream and a bottle of milk and water) so very nice. The host was very responsive and answer to us quickly. You have everything you need. The A/C is perfect in the summer days.

The stairs to go to the apartment are a little bit narrow, not so use to get with the stroller, but manageble. We had an issue with a sheet cover (some strange smell, but after I wrote to the host, immediatelly was changed with a fresh one). Would have been great to have a microwave. There is noise from the street, but however we slept very well. Maybe some people which are sensitive to this should know this.
