Waou Cosy III Sevilla Cathedral

Excellent position, very close to the historical center yet relatively quiet as it's on a side road and with the windows facing an internal area which is inaccessible to people. The only source of noise is the building internal passage as the entrance door is not very soundproof. For those who want to cook something, there's also a cooking corner with some kitchen tools.

After reserving, a request came to provide 300€ as refundable caution or 18€ non-refundable fee to cover for the possible damages to the flat. It was declared that the payment of the caution refund might take up to 14 days after the end of the stay. First time I faced such situation with a flat rented via Booking, yet Booking helpcenter confirmed its the standard for this host. The request was reiterated insistently although I already answered them that I would have transferred the money only upon mung arrival on Sevilla, not before. In Booking it's written that the check-in would have been done in person and the Booking helpcenter confirmed it when contacted. Despite this, the host simply stated that nobody would have been there as they only have self check-in. This is pretty inconvenient as puts the guest in the condition of having paid for the stay, paid for the caution and have no chance to report and have fixed any possible non-conformance in the spot: all the communications go via email or phone, problems if any must be documented by the guest. Clearly it all works if there's mutual trust and intellectual honesty on both sides. In the end, all went fine, but this can be said only at the end of the stay.

Ben arredata e molto vicina al centro

Appena entrati la camera era fredda e umida e con un forte odore di muffa e fogna che non se ne è mai andato nonostante lo staff sia intervenuto con dell’idraulico liquido e del profumo per ambienti. L’odore era forte e molto fastidioso tanto che avevamo scelto qsta struttura con una piccola cucina per poter far colazione autonomamente in casa ma visto l’odore non è stato possibile Chiaramente non lo consiglio e non tornerei

La posizione è ottimale, centrale e sicura

L'illuminazione della stanza non è il massimo, sollevando le tende la privacy viene compromessa. Tuttavia l'appartamento era ottimo. Lascerei comunque due bottiglie d'acqua per i clienti in arrivo

I love that it is near to everywhere as it is located in a convenient address. I also like that the person managing the place is very responsive to messages. The room is exactly as advertised and it is very clean. I should have packed light because the room has everything you need. I enjoyed my stay in general.

The shower head is placed too high and it can’t stay in place. The towel rod is also a bit undone and in front of the gate of the property is a whole stack of garbage that it stank. The room has no sound proofing to somehow muffle the sounds from the corridors, and that had woken me up multiple times during the night.

Solo la posizione , molto centrale e tutto raggiungibile in pochi minuti

Alla prenotazione non era indicato che veniva richiesta una cauzione di 100 euro oppure un supplemento di 30 euro non rimborsabile per l’assicurazione sugli oggetti. Non è stato possibile lasciare i bagagli in struttura dopo il check-out e nonostante le richieste l’host non ha offerto alcuna soluzione. La stanza aveva un evidente odore di muffa ed era per nulla insonorizzata durante la notte si sentiva chiaramente chi rientrava disturbando la quiete del sonno. Le foto mostrano un terrazzo che sembra privato ma in realtà è condiviso con tutti gli ospiti

Location is great, in walking distance from all major sites. Very quiet. Comfy bed. 3 windows in different sides, including one in a bathroom.

Kitchen not too well equipped, no kitchen towels or corkscrew (had to run down the street to another hotel lobby bar to open the bottle).
