La ubicación es excelente, zona tranquila. Tiene la estación de Plaza de Armas a pocos minutos y tienes transporte urbano desde el aeropuerto directamente allí. Restaurantes y supermercados muy cercanos.

La terraza no pertenece al apartamento como aparenta en la descripción. Está en el último piso y es común a todos los apartamentos.

Located very close to the historic center (Santa Cruz), Triana, and Alfalfa. You can easily reach everywhere on foot. The apartment has all the features needed for a 3-4 day stay. The directions were also very clear. We had no issues during check-in or check-out.

The sound insulation is poor, and there are many apartments on each floor, so not everyone is equally considerate. Also, having one bottle of water and a coffee capsule in the apartment would have been something we looked for upon first arrival.

"It can be very attractive apartment if you just fix these minor things"

Room size and facilities. Location is not that far from attractions. The staffs at the reception (on phone) and the lady named Antonia is very kind and helpful.

I don't wanna complain but please try to fix these simple things at the apartment 213. 1. The bed is too small (length and width) for two. We are neither tall (medium height), nor thick (Slim) but my feet were out of the bed sometimes during my sleep. The bed is almost equal to my height. 2. The apartment is cold especially the floor. Even with the heating, it cannot warm up the tiled floor. It was so cold in the bathroom as well. 3. The toilet seat is noisy. When you sit on or standing up after use, it makes huge cracking sound which is very uncomfortable. It can be heard from the room.
