Sypialnia najlepsza w całym mieszkaniu, wygodne łóżko, czysto, przytulnie. Na plus balkon i widok z niego.

Czystość w salonie i kuchni pozostawiała wiele do życzenia. Brudne stoły, sztućce i naczynia. Prysznic mało funkcjonalny, deszczownica nie działała poprawnie, ciśnienie było bardzo zmienne, nie dało się ustawić odpowiedniej temperatury, bo w trakcie cały czas się zmieniała losowo, brak wyższego uchwytu na słuchawkę również był problematyczny.
