All requests for late arrival are subject to confirmation by the property.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. "Brilliant location and balcony."

The location was brilliant. In interesting Triana but only a 20min walk to the centre of Seville. The balcony was fantastic. Brilliant for watching people on the river and taking in the sun. We were there at the coldest part of the year and it was still useable and enjoyable. Great views. Excellent welcome. The space is small but well designed.

The inside space is fairly compact but has everything two people would need. There was very little space for food prep but we made it work. There was also no real space for drying but again we made it work. The bathroom was always a little cold and damp but it was the coolest part of the year and wasn't a huge deal.

El apartamento está muy bien, todo limpio, las cosas están nuevas. Te dejan una botella de agua y unas cajas con café, azúcar, aceite y esas cosas para poder utilizar. Las camas son muy cómodas al igual que las almohadas. La terraza es perfecta pero nosotros no la hemos podido utilizar porque nos estuvo lloviendo.

No hay nada malo.

Excellent instructions for entering the apartment. Nice welcome pack

No privacy in 2nd bedroom. Stairs from main bedroom lead straight into 2nd bedroom and onwards to kitchen. Fine for families but not two couples
