R26 Suites Sevilla

We had a very nice stay, in the 3 bedroom apartment. 3 floors, with 2 bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen & a patio. Location was right in the center, so you can walk everywhere. The staff is very attentive, and at your disposal at all times. They even provided us with suggestions for sightseeing & transportation. We felt very comforted & taken care of. We will be back, Sevilla is the best city to visit in Europe, and we will stay with you again, for sure❤️

Leaving…

The area is great, lots of restaurants and bars around and in walking distance to the city center. The furniture and the style of the apartment is nice as well.

Unfortunately, one unit of the AC wasn't working. The communication to get it fixed started, someone came, but could not fix the issue. No further respond from the host, and no further try to fix it... The apartment downstairs smells mouldly, like there have been some water damage before.

Property was very clean and spacious and had lovely decor. The host was very helpful when we asked a couple of questions.

There was a strong smell of drains.

Trendy, comfortable apartment in a super young and lively neighbourhood. Check in super easy and practical. No parking fees in the street, which for us was ideal. Mercado de la Feria just 100 mts away, with great food and ambience. Loved the experience and would definitely repeat it!

Great location. Lovely space!

The location was fantastic and it was comfortable and cosy and very quiet but near everything! The apartment was large and over 3 floors, we had plenty of towels and bedding and room to move around without being on top of each other. The bathrooms were modern, clean and spacious. It really was the perfect place to stay and I would definitely recommend these apartments. On the ground floor there was a bathroom, small kitchen / dining area, lounge and bedroom which was beautiful. Upstairs there was a further large bedroom, small area with TV and bathroom then another set of stairs which led to a 3rd open plan area / bedroom. There was air conditioning in the property and also some ceiling fans, which were useful because sometimes the air conditioning can be cold but you do need a cool breeze as the outside temperature was very warm.

Bedroom 3 - this had no furniture or places to put your belongings and there was definitely enough room. It really could have done with a small wardrobe or hanging rail / set of drawers. I think the person who ended up with this room maybe a little disappointed as the other bedrooms were a bit more special and this felt like a room at the top of the stairs! it is open plan so you have to be prepared for some disruption from other guests who may be moving about the property. The stairs are quite steep and this was not a problem for us but maybe for somebody with limited mobility. There are also no windows but a very small courtyard which is not ideal for sitting out in and is quite dark, so others may feel claustrophobic, we were out all day, so this really didn't bother us at all.

Fantastic space for our family, great sized, well supplied and modern clean bathrooms and bedrooms.
