Location and design

Cockroaches everywhere , kitchen, bedroom, crawling on you, your face and ears at night, scary. Awful smell in the apartment. Asking for some discounts or another apartment, no reaction from the manager. We are not going to stay here ever again. And place is not recommended. Dirty floors

Very spacious, great location, just 10 mins walk to Las Setas.

Cleanliness. Couch is in need of a deep clean and rug under couch was full of crumbs and debris.

The location - it is 30 min walk from the cathedral and old city centre

The noise from the neighbors late in the night

Great location. Only a 10 - 25 minute walk from all the main tourist sights and the river side. In a very residential area so you really feel like you are experiencing the city life. There is a lovely little market around the corner selling fresh foods and a handy shop for other essentials. Countless cafes and restaurants all around. The apartment was clean and the bed comfortable. We had the apartment with the roof terrace which was a big space with good cityscape views. We were there when the evenings were a bit cooler so it was great to have heating indoors to make it more comfortable.

The roof terrace did not have sun loungers and the hot tub was not hot during our stay so we did not get to enjoy the terrace in the way we had hoped. However, I must add that the staff were very apologetic and we were given some money back for the inconvenience. We also had to contact customer services when we first arrived because no towels had been left in our apartment. They did quickly bring some over but only one each, and given that there is a hot tub you would think there would be extra towels. Not the best kitchen of you want to self-cater, more of a kitchenette, but good enough to prepare breakfast, light lunches and snacks. The sofa is a sofa bed, very out of shape and not comfortable for lounging on. We do not know if it is comfortable as a bed. There was a nice touch of a Bluetooth speaker in the apartment, but we had to charge it before we could use it. Thankfully we had the correct attachment to do so. The apartment we stayed in looks great in the photos, but it is definitely starting to look tired and is in need of some freshening up to keep it looking like a high end accommodation.

A beautifully decorated apartment with an amazing rooftop terrace. Landlords really thought of all the small details, like the bluetooth speaker, kitchen utensils and overall decor. It's all very hygge and homey. Located in a very cool neighborhood that is not so touristy, really nice vibe Would always come back!

Very nice flat, fully furnished, modern and nicely decorated. The location is perfect to visit Sevilla by walk. Easy checkin with the code on the doors.

The only inconvenient is that the only natural light is coming from the patio, but as is it very close to other flat you need the curtain so it’s quite dark in the flat.

We loved the apartment on the whole. Great location. Clean and nicely equipped. Very comfortable. The hosts were very responsive and even gave us lots of ideas of where to go and where to eat.

It was a little cold on arrival and took us a while to get it warmed up. It would be great to have somewhere to hang coats up.

Slight smell on entering the property, kind of sewerage smell which I’ve got from other properties in Seville, so probably smell came from outside

Kitchen table.That stone part needs to be taken out and the whole thing needs deep cleaning.Also,they could’ve left some cleaning supplies:paper towel and glass cleaner for example.Other than that,very very good
