I liked that I didn't had to meet anyone, I just showed up, typed the code and got in the apartment.

The property was perfect for my solo holiday. It had all the facilities that I needed: The kitchen was stocked with equipment (i.e. kettle, toaster, blender, cutlery, plates). In the bathroom there was a washing machine, a hairdryer and plenty of toiletries (i.e. body wash, soap, conditioner). The aircon was perfect for a warm person like me, the bed was super comfortable and the wardrobe was full with additional bedding, pillows and towels. The wardrobe also contained a clothes horse, an iron and ironing board etc. The private terrace was also a perfect sun trap to relax, sunbath and enjoy the jacuzzi. It had the sun pretty much all day! The staff were so accommodating and helpful throughout my stay and whenever I had any questions they would respond to me efficiently. I would definitely stay again if I return to Seville.

A portable privacy screen on the terrace would’ve been nice to make the terrace a little more private from the neighbours opposite. Burnt my feet multiple times on the fake grass, however I guess that’s my fault for staying during a heatwave haha! More toilet roll would’ve also been appreciated.

Modern and stylish decor, comfortable and great amenities and wifi.

Cockroaches.

There should be a sunshade on the terrace.

Location is great

great layout, great location and very stylish apartment

the only comment would be that the ground floor tenants were having a party on Saturday night that extended till 5-6 am in the morning. as they were using the terrace directly under the apartment’s windows the noise was extremely loud waking us up repeatedly. I appreciate that this may be out of the property management’s control though
