"Fantastic little studio, ideally located for exploring Exmoor and walking the Coast Path"

Delightful studio, tucked away off Porlock high street and convenient for everything - shops, pubs, restaurants and the Coast Path - but also very quiet. Private parking less than 100 metres away (a rarity in Porlock), sparkling clean accommodation with a fully equipped kitchenette, excellent shower, and a sweet little courtyard garden. Sally the owner was charming too. Lowerbourne House Studio ticked all the boxes!

Lovely, clean, and quiet little studio flat, hidden away off the busy high street with a pretty little courtyard garden. Sally was a lovely host, friendly and kind.

The studio was spotlessly clean & quite. It had everything we needed for our stay &. It is literally just a few yards from the village centre.

Everything about our stay was perfect. Sally, the owner could mot have been more friendly and helpful

"Lovely spot with a fantastic host who really cares for her guests- we will return"

Private/ quiet compact but everything you need for a great location for walking and exploring.really lovely host Sally- so welcoming- left delicious bread eggs chocolate cake and a bottle of Prosecco. Great enclosed small courtyard for our dog.

Nothing but out of choice would probs put small compact sofa in place chairs tho they were comfy just not my first choice

"Beautifully presented extremely comfortable Studio accommodation"

Beautiful Studio very well presented with everything that you need for your stay. It was very clean and on arrival we were greeted by Sally, the owner, who was extremely friendly and showed us where to park our car. The Studio was perfect for myself and my husband and our dog and we stayed for 3 nights and thoroughly enjoyed the facilities and the way the Studio has been designed meant that everything has been well thought out and was very comfortable. It was so quiet and peaceful too and we loved sitting out in the Courtyard for our breakfast and a cup of tea when we got back from a long day out walking. Sally had left us some really nice cake too and other really useful items and we were very happy with our stay. Thank you so much Sally, we will definitely be back again soon.
