Neudržovaný stav. Špinavá sedačka, oprýskaný stůl, zima na pokoji. Po druhé urgenci vyřešeno.

Ruhig und gemühtlich.

مكان ممتع ورائع وسط سولدن، مقابل للتلفريك طبيعة خلابة، الناس بالمنطقة ودودون جدا وخدومون، أثناء وصولنا لم نجد من يستقبلنا للحصول على المفاتيح فتطوعت الجارة في السكن المجاور لمد يد العون وطلبت من رجل رائع مساعدتنا ولم يقصر، حيث ذهب معنا لمكان أخذ المفاتيح بالسيارة، فشكرا له وللجارة، المكان مكتمل الخدمات، النت ممتاز، الشقة نظيفة وبها كل مانحتاجه، بها مطل ساحر، كل الخدمات قريبة، وكل مانحتاجه نجده، شكرا للتعامل اللطيف وشكرا على هذا المكان الذي سحر كل من شاهد توثيقي له، لقد عشقنا سولدن وأحببنا هذا السكن المتميز جدا

Die Pension war insgesamt in Ordnung – weder besonders gut noch besonders schlecht. Alles war sauber und funktional, allerdings fehlte der persönliche Charme, den man bei inhabergeführten Unterkünften oft spürt. Das zeigte sich zum Beispiel daran, dass es in der Dusche keine Ablagefläche gab oder das Geschirr eher lieblos zusammengestellt wirkte – es gab etwa 20 Teller, aber nur 6 Gläser. Insgesamt war der Aufenthalt gut, aber ohne besondere Highlights. Wer einfach eine zweckmäßige Unterkunft sucht, ist hier richtig

Die Küche wirkte teils abgegriffen in Bereich des Abzuges.

Very spacious appartement on ground floor. Lots of cupboard space. Very comfy beds. Everything was working. Bicycle work station and washing facilities. Able to lock and store bikes in ski room. Sauna next door to room. Easy bike ride to Spar and main street. Loved staying in Sölden. Not our first visit here.

Sofa in living room wasn't very comfy.

Great location, just a bit out of the crowdedness, but only a short walk to the Gaislachkogl lift. Nice open view from the apartment. The communication through mail was friendly and quick, we haven't really met the host otherwise. Apartment was clean, and spacious enough for 4 adults and a toddler.

Nothing out of the ordinary really, but the living room might benefit from some mood-/dimmable lighting

Somebody who has the keys enter our room without our permission. I've never seen that before ! This was a total lack of respect.
