You may read the other comments about what they liked. I agree to some of them however the final verdict is not good based on what we didn't like.

This is a review of 3 men going abroad for skiing for over 15 years. Hidden costs that are not shown from the beginning. The apartment is advertised with a price tag that includes taxes and fees. However this is not the case and probably booking.com is also responsible for this. We paid cleaning fees 34 € per person and taxes 73.50 € which comes to more than 10% on the initial price. The right word for this is unfairness is scam - cheating - deception fraud whatever suits you. The living room- kitchen is not big enough to accomodate more than 3 people although there is no complaint for the rooms. The kitchen does not have an oven and Tv is only 32 in meaning you can not watch a program all together. Usually you find some initial supplies in the kitchen, like salt, tablets for the dishes and the coffee machine to help you for the first couple of days, however that was not the case. Overall while the bedrooms are nice and spacious the common area which you are sharing with friends is not adequate and up to standard. Another critical fault is the following. While the apartment is advertised having 3 bedrooms the final availability of rooms is based on the people staying in. We were 3 men and booked the apartment having the impression that we are renting a place with 3 bedrooms. On our arrival, after midnight, only 2 bedrooms were available and the third room was locked. The owner lets the rooms be unlocked taking into account the number of persons. That is another hidden unpleasant surprise and one of us had to sleep on the sofa. We had to pay extra for the third room to get it. The exact location of the house is not accurate on Google maps. We had to search for it at midnight and lucky enough someone indicate the right way.

The property was clean and located not far away from the centre of Solden. Nice view from kitchen/balcony.

There were many flies inside the apartment. The furniture was a little damaged (scratches on the table and kitchen cabinets, holes in the curtains etc). The kitchen was not equipped as expected (there was no dish soap, no capsules for Nespresso coffee machine, no salt and pepper (it is inconvenient to buy a whole package of salt just for a few days)). Overall the apartment did not feel and look cozy at all (contrary to the impression we got from the pictures). We picked up our key at the A-Casa reception upon our arrival and they got us a wrong one, so we had to return back and get things sorted.
