Triana

Location is perfect, the balcony is nice. There is heater and thermostat that do their job when it’s cold. The washing machine was clean. We didn’t miss anything. You won’t park in front of the building but it’s possible to find a free parking spot in a walking distance

Coffee capsules not suitable for the coffee maker, towels that although were fresh had some stains, so it would be worth replacing them. In general I attribute both of those little failures to the cleaning service rather than the host. Oh and there is also a patch of black dots on the wall in the bedroom but, it didn’t bother us and we are very picky

Het appartement ligt in de leuke wijk Triana, de deur uit en in een paar stappen ben je bij een leuke bar of restaurant. Ook de Mercado is heel dichtbij. Wat ons betreft voor de avond veel leuker dan het drukke centrum. Overdag loop je richting het historische centrum en dan ben je in 15 a 20 min op diverse plekken. Prima te doen!

Het balkon is echt heel klein en het meubilair niet erg comfortabel. Maar toch heerlijk om de mogelijkheid te hebben om buiten te zitten.

Triana is a charming location and the apartment has basic amenities although it lacked proper coffee pods for the coffee machine.

Avoid the place during rain( ?!?) because after one day of rain, the kitchen floor was flooded with water dripping from the ceiling. We had to mop out 2 buckets of water after almost slipping and falling. We notified the owner who, while apologetic, didn’t offer any help and only informed us that he notified his insurance company and that the roof had been repaired 2 years ago.

Appartamento molto carino in un quartiere vivo di Siviglia: Triana. Posizione ottima e ben servita! Bar, ristoranti e supermercati nelle vicinanze. L'host molto cordiale e super ricettivo nelle risposte. Comodo self check-in, soprattutto se si arriva nel tardo pomeriggio/sera.

We are so pleased that we stayed at Triana in Triana. The apartment was perfect for us. It was a good size, clean and it had a lovely little balcony. The bed was very comfortable. As great as the apartment was, the highlight had to be the location. When travelling we like to live among the locals and Triana was definitely the place for this. Yet, it was only a few steps to the river and a short walk to the historic part of Seville. It was also surrounded by many very good bars and restaurants. So much fun!
