The location. Easy walk to the Cathedral and The Alcazar. Lots of bars and restaurants in surrounding area. 5 minutes walk to the Triana market, which is wonderful. Lock box entry easy. Top floor. Great shower. Nexpresso coffee maker. Very comfortable for 2 people. We parked our car a 10 minute walk away at Arenal. Very easy and reasonable with reservation.

At the hearth of lovely Triana, great neighborhood to stay in Sevilla. The apartment is at a great location that you can walk to all touristic places but also feel like at home when you are back at the neighborhood. I felt like a local :) and the WiFi works excellent, I was working remotely so it was fast and reliable. I didn’t cook just had breakfast at the apartment so everything I needed kettle, plates, knifes etc were there. If you want to cook you may need more utensils but I suggest you not to cook and go to Blanco Paloma in the neighborhood, I went there for times during my stay. Food was really good. Finally Rafa was a great owner, very responsive and helpful with everything.

The apartment was close to the tourist area, however the area of Triana was magical!

LOCATION!!! Totally new, renovated and very clean, comfortable and bright apartment with beautiful bed. It is covered in beautiful Spanish tiles. It is much more beautiful than in the pictures. Triana is the best location. The apartment has everything you need, there are many restaurants and cafes around the apartment. Beautiful Seville

The location of the apartment is truly great which is the most important part during a stay in Sevilla since you are out most of the day anyway. The apartment was clean and seems to have been recently restored. The staffmember was really friendly and nice and let us check in sooner which was very welcomed after a night of travel.

The table could be a bit higher off the ground so that it's easier to sit and eat. If you are going to eat at home rather than in the nice restaurants which are in the neighbourhood then you can but the kitchen lacks some useful tools for example a strainer for pasta. It was a bit of a letdown that the washing machine didn't work correctly. However I didn't really ask about it so it might be that all the settings I tried using were wrong somehow. There was a laundromat very closeby so it wasn't a huge problem and it was nice to have the balcony to dry the clothes. Thankfully we didn't come at a very hot time because the A/C units didn't seem to work (again I didn't ask about it since it wasn't really a problem during the stay.

The area is central with many facilities near and yet quiet. The apartment is naturally lighted by two directions. Very comfortable bed.

It would be a plus if there was some more stuff offered like coffee, washing machine detergent, salt, pepper. Also better quality toilet paper.

Pleasant walk along the river to major sights, close to authentic flamenco places, aircon was appreciated.

We couldn't get washing machine to work in spite of directions sent. A bit tricky to find apartment initially.
