Miguel the host was very helpful the rooms were basic but clean and comfortable and we had everything we needed, the outside area of the patio was exceptional for viewing birds; we saw toucans up quite close. The town was only about an 8 minute drive and there’s a small supermarket down the road 2 minutes away.

Miguel and Eva were so helpful, the accommodation was fantastic. Highly recommended.

Beautiful little apartment with great view over the valley, perfect to spot the birds. Great host.

Really nice

Fantastic host who not only took the time to show us the cabaña but also gave us a very informative tour of the farm. Showing us native plants, explaining processes on the farm and introducing us to the animals. The terrace is a paradise with fantastic view ans very quiet and private. It’s even more beautiful than on the photos! The accommodation is immaculate, very clean and comfortable. There is a good sized fridge, coffee maker and microwave. The bed was wonderful with a mattress on the soft side and fresh smell. There are nets in front of the windows - the dual aspect in the bedroom allows for ventilation. There are soft towels, kitchen roll and good quality paper which is not standard in CR. The parking is on the site and very secure. It’s only a few minutes drive from the town but completely tranquil. The hosts can give wonderful recommendations for hikes and excursions in the area - the area is fantastic too. Few tourist but all the waterfalls, thermal rivers and forests you could wish for. Lots of birds and wild animals right in front of the large picture windows and terrace. This is a hidden gem. 100/10
