That we couldn't stay longer!!!!

Property had an excellent location

We were not told previously the the entire front of the building had scaffolding and nettling. This prevented us from using the balcony and having an unobstructed view of the ocean (which was the reason for selecting). When addressed the owner he indicated it was in their description which was I total lie. Nothing was listed on booking website. Also there was barely any hot water for baths and showers

La mancanza di contatto diretto con host ; il check in on line fatto dall'ospite ; 1 camera priva riscaldamento , chiusura porte interne da sistemare ,luci interne deboli Capisco che' e' un alloggio d'epoca ma andrebbe risistemato per dare piu' comfort

Ampiezza dell’appartamento, cucina attrezzata e presenza di lavasciuga

Sarebbe bene comunicare che ci sono almeno 20 gradini da fare prima di raggiungere il portone del palazzo, specie per chi ha bambini piccoli e per persone con problemi di deambulazione

Ne-au anuntat din scurt că vor să ne schimbe apartamentul pentru că cel rezervat nu mai repreznta aceeasi stare, incepuse ceva lucrari de renovare la fatada și nu mai aveam aceeasi priveliste. Ne-au oferit 2 optiuni; 1. Să ne mute in alt apartament echivalent (cea pe care am ales-o, insa nu a fost deloc echivalent, pretul era mult mai mic fata de cel initial cu 300€, insa au pastrat acelasi pret și ne-au făcut rezervare printr-o platforma diferita) 2. Să ramanem in apartamentul curent primind o reducere de 300€ Cu optiunea 1 am avut o problema, ni s-a blocat usa și nu am mai putut intra, iar pentru asta, la sfarsit ne-au dat un voucher booking de aproape 200€, cica pentru disconfort. Voi pune problema mai sus la booking, dar sper să se sesizeze și dânșii. Teoretic ne-au mutat intr-un apartament evhivalent, insa practic nu era deloc echivalent, ne au dat un apartament vu 3 camera plus o camera la un etaj diferit :)))). Deci ne-au luat de prosti.

Die wohnung ist sehr gut gelegen, ideal für Familien. Schlüsselübergabe wäre einfach wenn wir den code Zeitnah bekommen hätten, Haben Morgens geschrieben eine Antwort erhalten aber ohne Code, Nachher haben Sie nicht mehr geantwortet ,erst als wir telefonierten haben wir den Code dann per Nachricht doch noch bekommen.

Badezimmer haben keine Aufhänger für Handtuch oder Duschmittelablage, auch das obere gelegene WC hat keine ablage oder aufhänger für das Tuch. Betten waren nicht sehr bequem, Stangen waren gut spürbar. Vorrallem das Sofabett ist wirklich sehr sehr unbequem, nicht zu empfehlen. Wohnbereich überhaubt keine Garderrobe vorhanden für die Jacken,(waren 7 Pers.). im oberen Zimmer keine ablage Fläche. Alles sparsam eingerichtet. Küchenschränke waren sehr klebrig.

Большая проблема найти объект. Почему-то собственник присылает один адрес, а объект находится по другому адресу (правильный в букинге). Сложно попасть на объект. Замок калитки не работает (трудно зайти на территорию дома). Но в целом апартаменты без замечаний.
