Luxury Central Self Contained Flat by CozyNest

Good location. Flat clean, except the sheets.

No fitted sheets, just a ragged sheet on top of the matress, and two blankets with red and brown stains. No covers whatsoever. The matress was horrible, I had backache for the whole week. No instructions on how to turn on the heat, and when we arrived the flat was freezing. The heater had an Error Message on the screen, I had to call the technician. One of the fridges was not working, again without any warning, the food we bought went to waste.

clean, nicely decorated, nice location. dishwasher ( with detergent) washing machine (but no detergent for it).

Unfriendly, unhelpful hosts. We expected very hospitable hosts from the earlier reviews, BUT they were very slow to respond, and then refused our requests that most other hosts we've had would willingly or at least minimally met. There were no toiletries at all, thin towels, no bath mat, not enough kitchen items, not enough toilet paper for our stay, scratchy sheets that didn't fit the bed well, and the bathroom was not great. The hosts didn't respond to booking. com messages, but they did respond after a few hours (to say no ) after I installed whatsapp. So if you book, there, we suggest you use whatsapp to communicate with them, and expect delays which might be due to their work schedules. They did say we could leave our luggage there a few hours after the normal checkout time, but added " if we rate them 10/10.", which might explain the high earlier reviews.

Excellent location (near all commerces, the station and right in the city center). Good value for money compared to other same alternatives. The car park possibility is an absolute gem !

I liked the wifi, cleanliness and location

The fridge was leaking water and made the floor wet. Some basic things like the fan was missing but arrived 2hrs later.

Nice location, spacious apartment, helpful host

Neighbours was loud, the shower was absolutely awful: no pressure and very complicated to adjust the temperature, the apartment was not clean: I had to clean the sofa and the (sticky) floor myself, the bedsheets was not clean, and there was only 2 forks… when you pay this price you expect a perfect, or at least, a clean place

1. The flat is spacious, well equipped and clean. 2. Close to Reading rail station. M&S, Sainsbury are adjacent to the corner. A few minutes walk to Oracle, a large shopping centre in the district.
