The Heart of Rotorua

Great location handy to everything, very neat and clean. Nicely appointed with personal touches, welcome food/cereal. All the self contained needs to eat in if you want. Very quiet with outdoor garden setting, larger room with 2 beds and separate ensuite. Only thing to consider is shower over bath is a high step up and dishes wash up in basin. Really enjoyed and recommend to others

There was no table and no armchair inside

The garden patio could not be used as this part was not maintained well.

The location was good. The bathroom was clean and a good size.

The pillows smelled of human hair oils. We went and bought pillows and pillow cases at Kmart. I have never come across that anywhere before.

Excellent customer service

Just a bit crowded due to 2 double beds and wish the sliding gate was motorised.

Room was very comfortable. Had a heated blanket and extra snacks, breakfast etc. The outside area was cute and can just imagine how lovely it would be to sit outside during the warm summer months. Ava came by when we told her out AC and Wifi weren't working and she gave us new batteries for the AC and tried her best to figure the wifi. She even sent across recommendations for our next stop at wellington. She was super responsive on the booking.com app and overall just a very good host. Loved the room as well. Would 100% recommend.

The corner most bed in the room didn't have good wifi connection.
