my only complaint was that the pillows were way too big. but probably more my issue for not bringing my own

No space to put clothes in the bathroom and the bath tub is very high to get inside for the old people.Some switch is out of order..

"Loved the privacy and location of Heart of Rotorua."

Room was well presented and very clean. Garden area was very maintained with adequate seating.Breakfast supplies were generous. Very appreciative of the 2 bottles of wine and packet of chips.

It would be good to have a sink or plastic tub to wash dishes in.
