L’appartement est situé dans un emplacement excellent au centre-ville, à proximité de tous les monuments historiques de Séville. Il est bien équipé, dispose de climatiseurs et se trouve dans un quartier calme. Je le recommande vivement aux visiteurs.

L'amenagement de boulvard juste à coté qui géne totalement la mobilité des gens et l'accé par voiture mais je crois dans l'avenir aprés achévement des travaux ça sera idéal.

L’appartement est spacieux et très bien équipé. Les chambres sont propres et l’emplacement est excellent, en plein cœur de Triana. Patricia est la cerise sur le gâteau : elle est très gentille, toujours disponible, et elle nous a été d’une grande aide. Je la remercie sincèrement.

Deux petits points négatifs : 1. Le canapé et le tapis étaient un peu sales (on a couvert le canapé par un drap). 2. Une voisine désagréable et manifestement raciste a commencé à râler alors que nous nous apprêtions à quitter l’appartement. Nous avons préféré ne pas répondre, et Patricia nous a assuré qu’elle allait s’en occuper.

Apparemment propre, bien meublé et spacieux. L'accès est facile et fluide.

Everything was great! Carlos was very helpful before and throughout our stay, he answered all of our questions and he was always accessible. The house was so clean, well-organized, fully equipped and the most important thing is: with air conditioning. The bathroom was also clean and useful. I visit Seville very often and I will definetely prefer to stay here for the next time! Muchas gracias Carlos!

Honestly, nothing to complain! However if I need to mention one thing, the beds were shaking whenever you try to move even a bit while you are sleeping (It is not a big deal but I think it has to be fixed to provide more comfortable accomodation.)

The apartment is beautiful and perfectly equipped. The location is excellent. The host introduced us to the sights in Seville and thank you very much for all your help. We will definitely come again.

Location is excellent, tye apartment is very clean and the kitchen is in very good condition.

Noise from the street (rebuilding work ongoing at this time). Neighbors were sometimes hammering or making fairly loud noises. Luckily this was generally limited to some short periods of time.
