Great location in Triana with supermarkets and restaurants closeby. Well-equipped kitchen. Two separate bedrooms on opposite sides of the flat ensure privacy. Wifi works exceptionally well. Street was very quiet (few cars). Cozy interior, nice area. Friendly and responsive host. The floor has tiles (cold), so I recommend to take slippers if visiting in Winter.

Compared to other countries, the walls in Spain are rather thin so you may hear neighbors' lively discussions (this was an issue in the backside bedroom only).

I suggest buying new plates and cups that match, there where no small plates for example.

Absolutely stellar location near the riverfront, this place had all the amenities you could need and then some for exploring Seville. The neighborhood is equal parts sedate — you won’t have to deal with traffic noise — and bustling, with tons of restaurants, stores, sights and more nearby. Major sites in Seville proper are a reasonable walk away, and you can easily hop a cab or public transportation if needed. As for the place itself, it’s more than roomy enough for a family of four, and the kitchen has everything you could need if you want to grab some meals at home. As a bonus, if you’re coming in by car, street parking is doable (bearing in mind that this is a city, and you should be OK parking a few blocks away and walking in).

You might have a minor language barrier, as most info is provided in Spanish — but a basic level of reading comprehension (or a smartphone that can translate text) will cover you easily. The host definitely covers all the bases!
