The apartment is located in a building in the historic area, very close to the city center, which makes it ideal for exploring the city. As expected for this type of building, there are a few small imperfections, but nothing that affected our stay or overall comfort. The area is quiet, and even though the windows are not very well soundproofed, there was no noise since the apartment faces the inner courtyard. Parking is possible without major issues, even with a larger car, although access through the narrow streets can be a bit challenging and requires some confidence in driving. At the end of our stay, we had a slightly unfortunate situation: probably because of my long nails, I did not realize the key locker had not been properly closed, and someone took it. I honestly don’t know what they could have done with it, but because of that we could not leave the keys back in their place. However, the host responded quickly and found a solution immediately after I called. Overall, the value for money was good and we had a pleasant stay.

What I did not particularly like was that some of the small imperfections around the apartment had not been fixed. There was also a bit of humidity and a slightly musty smell coming from the storage room, and the bathroom ventilation system could be somewhat noisy at times.

Communicatie met host was zeer goed. Hij reageerde snel en duidelijk! Locatie was geweldig en de hygiëne was hoog niveau!

De ramen zijn niet heel goed geïsoleerd dus oordopjes zouden handig zijn als je geen diepe slaper bent.

Great location, right in the center of Seville. Parking included-a huge plus if you come by car- maybe a bit difficult to access if you are not a good driver and got a big car. The owner is very responsive, he provides you with detailed info on how to access the parking and the apartment. The apartment is pretty spacious, well lit and you got there everything you need, even for long stays. There is coffee and a coffee machine in the kitchen , nice detail :) The owner was nice to allow us to leave the car parked in the garage for a few hours after check out hour.

The bathroom does not have a window-poorly ventilated. After one shower, the hot water was finished so the other one of us needed to shower with cold water.
