Apartamento San Benito C

First and foremost, the staff - mainly Señor Tomás and his daughter. They were extremely helpful, friendly and supportive. The location is amazing, within walking distance to the main sights and there are supermarkets on the same avenue. The apartment itself is very well-kept and clean. There’s plenty of space and a well-equipped kitchen if you want to eat there.

. Aircon in bedroom and living room . Bathroom water pressure great, hot water, hairdryer, hair straighteners, etc. . Checked in a bit earlier after communicating with owner luckily apartment ready for us . Location fantastic . Bedroom Is not at the front of the Building so very quiet . Kitchen with fridge/freezer and washing machine . Great pizza Place opposite where you can get slices of pizza if you want something Easy . Lots of bars close for breakfast or drinks

There was nothing to not like. A kettle would have been great to make a cup of tea but the microwave was fine for that

The area was spot on. The owner went out of his way. Lovely man. Home from home.

Would like TV with sub titles, especially for news. Bed side lamp both sides. Info on washing machine and microwave. Entering the lobby needs some attention on the smell. A bit off putting.

Good position with plenty of restaurants and bars nearby. The apartment is spacious and the bedroom quiet. Communication regarding things to do was appreciated.

I messaged to see if I could get in earlier, but there was no reply. I then messaged to say I wanted to get in at 4pm (as previously agreed), also there was no reply. I had to call and wait for someone to arrive. I was also advised I needed to leave by 11am, despite booking.com saying 11.30-12. Overall communication should have been better.
