Apartamento San Benito C

It has a great range of facilities for a long period of stay. The location is perfect, many eateries around and the main attractions are within walkable distance. The owner is very friendly & kindly explains how to work things around the house with some recommendations. It looks just like the photo & the bed is comfortable after a long day venturing.

The air-conditioner/heater couldn’t function well and as for winter I had to shut it off to consider the neighbour downstairs that complained about the noise.

Spacious apartment, well apportioned rooms,, well equipped kitchen, comfortable living area, great location next to Seville's Old Town. Although overlooking a busy street with traffic and bars, the noise level was relatively low even on weekend Eves, especially in the bedroom.

Elevator is out of order, but 2nd floor location wasn't too bad a climb.

It’s clean and the location is very goood

The elevator is not working, and the owner informed us after we made the reservation !! He promised us that it will be fixed the next day but it didn’t 😟 The apartment is in the last floor , and we have heavy big bags, and it was really tiring to hold them to and from the apartment, and it was really difficult for my kid to go up through the stairs every day. The AC in bedroom is not working.

The location is perfect, safe for walking by even late night, close to all Seville's attractions, restaurants & coffees. Apartment itself is clean and well facilitied, quite big, Suitable for long and short stay. Host very friendly and helpful. I really enjoyed my stay there😊

Kettle is missing

Lovely large apartment - except the kitchen which met our needs only for the simplest of meals. The location is perfect.

I loved the big living room windows that opened, the location was very convenient to everything I wanted to see, and the tapas bars on the street were all great.

Some laundry soap pods would have been very appreciated.
