Close to the city center, very nice and helpful owner. Lots of CD's books etc.

You can hear the noise on the street quite well. It's very quiet at night but in the morning there can be some noise.

Fabulous apartment and host. Communication was excellent and nothing was too much trouble. Highly recommended! Best out of the 3 apartments that we had for our stay.

The studio had all we needed. It is eclectic in style and in a great location. The host is super helpful.

With the Olympics on it would have been good to have a screen!

Location, free good coffee, good selection of music, very friendly & helpful host (helped with taxi reservation, needed for going to the airport very early in the morning), comfortable bed. It felt like a trip in the past. Pretty cool. Be aware that when you visit Perugia, you must have comfortable shoes because there are many ups/downs/stairs/cubical stone :)

There could be a little more cleaning on the floor & carpets + disposable slippers. It was a smell inside like someone smoked there.

A beautiful apartment, quirky, rustic, artistic, and well equipped, in a fantastic location with a wonderful host.
