Old Style Studio

Great studio, very close to the center and to points of interest (by walk even!). Loved the cd collection :)

Honestly I loved everything. The studio itself with the selected furnishing, the amenities (fridge, coffee maker, CD/Radio), location, the city and the great Host! The Owner made extra mile after extra mile to make sure we are happy. It was extraoridinary and genuine care. We felt very welcome there. Note: the CD/Radio 'comes with' a very nice selection of CDs (mostly jazz and related) - if that's your poison you will smile. When the weather is off or you're just tired walking up and down Perugia - buy a bottle of wine, play the music, open the door to have a look at the street and sit on the sofas!

It's not that I didn't like - this is what we basically expected, but it might help others to decide if the Old Style Studio is their place to stay: - if you have a light sleep, bring good earplugs - the studio is situated by a narrow street where (depending on season/hour/the day of the week) can expect people loudly chatting, singing or sometimes cars passing by (very limited number of). But if one have a tendency to wake up or troubles sleeping - earplugs is a must - depending on the weather, you might find a bit higher level of humidity in the studio - comes with the old building/architecture. Man, I loved this place!

As an architect I loved this place so quaint and typical of the Umbrian architectural history .. the beams, the walls .. just Super ! The space is the size of a studio flat ... After walking around all day it was like going back home, sit on the comfortable settee, chat .. listen to music ... It's so different than being in an anonymous hotel ... This place has a soul ❤️💚 plus hats of to Leopold, the owner .. he's a super gentleman, super attentive... It's nice to know there is a friend you can rely on when you go on holiday ! We were in Perugia for a few days but for sure we will be back soon and definitely staying at the Lovely Old Studio 🙌

Absolutely nothing ... The location is perfect, 5mins away from the centre but tucked away in a Quiet and residential area .. And the place is Amazing !! Btw Perugia is all uphill and downhill, all the region of Umbria is ... So don't expect not to do any exercise !!

This place is perfect if you are looking for something else that a standard hotel. Located in Perugia Old city, inside the walls, Old Style studio has a very special vibe and is perfect to explore the historic city - all the must see of Perugia are a few minutes walking. The studio is very clean, bed is comfy- slept very well. The owner is an artist and you can see this, cure to each detail, nice combination of bricks, rocks and wood, beautiful paintings, nice cd collection. The host Leopoldo was nice, available all times, helpful, gave us good advices about restaurants. We loved Perugia and the Old Style studio.

No TV- actually this is a plus, it would not fit in the ambient.
