The location was superb and Alfonso the owner was so helpful and friendly, he really made our stay. He let us park in his car park, gave us great tips and really welcomed us like a friend. The apartment has all you need and is a short walk to everything in Seville

Excellent location and Alfonso was amazing host

Lovely seperate apartment in a private home. Lots of room, cooking facilities and good bathroom. Washing machine appreciated. The welcome from Alfonso and his father was warm and genuine and they were always ready to help. The maps and information about the local area was helpful. The location is about a 10-15 min walk to the Cathedral but there is a lovely shopping and restaurant area just done the road. There is no view from the apartment but as we spent most of our time exploring or sleeping it didn't matter.

Although we slept reasonably well, it's probably time for some new mattresses.

Alfonso is a wonderful host. The apartment is a small "mother-in-law" apartment in his family's large home which is a historic building that was completely renovated. His kindness, thoughtfulness and generosity with his time during the check-in process and throughout our stay was amazing. He literally welcomes you into his home. The apartment was well equipped and well located.

The apartment is cozy. (For a couple staying a few days, it's fine.) Even though it is located on a pedestrian only street, street noise is an issue. Because the apartment is at street level, we kept the shades down for privacy. This made the apartment a bit dark. Access via car can be tricky given the small one-way streets. The apartment seemed a bit damp. Perhaps a dehumidifier would help. Lastly, bring slippers. the tile floors get quite cold.

Excellent host who provided very good recommendations. He was happy for us to check in a little earlier. Great location in walking distance to everything we wanted to see.

Alfonso was so helpful, and our Tesla was looked after beautifully as well!

Beautiful historical location step away from the best part of Seville & minutes from the Cathedral. There is literally every amenity you could think of that is provided…you could easily live here if you wanted. Alfonso very present and his father a gentleman from other times made us feel very cared for.

Not dislike, just a heads up…but we get cold easily and as the apartment is marble it can take a while to heat up in the winter
