"Beautiful place in a great location."

This was a wonderful place to stay in an old neighborhood in Seville! Our host was so nice and kind. We would recommend this place to anyone looking to get a feel for Seville in an interesting but not too touristy area.

The property is excellent! It's very close, walking distance to all major interesting places which everybody should see and visit while in Seville. It's very close to many bars and restaurants. The flat is excellent equipped with all you need. The owner, Alfonso is a great person, it's difficult to find the proper words do describe how great person is he! He even organized a very, very beautiful decoration of the flat for my daughter's birthday. Once again, THANK YOU SO SO MUCH, Alfonso! You really made our stay in Seville unforgettable!

location was as good as you can get for all the sights in Seville being only 10 minutes pleasant walk to the real alcazar. alfonso the owner was exceptionally helpful and couldn’t do enough for us

"Lovely holiday in a super apartment"

Our host, Alfonso, couldn't have been more helpful. He was there to greet us and happy to offer any help needed. The apartment was in a great location, an easy walk from all the sites.

The apartment is on the ground floor and faces on to a narrow pedestrian street so there was limited daylight. This wasn't a problem for us and the apartment was delightful

Host communicates well and is very friendly. He was very helpful when finding the apartment and guiding us and our car there and out, in checking in during our stay to ensure all was well, and offered many suggestions for things to do and where to go to shop, eat, etc. Centrally located apartment and was safe to walk at night. Apartment itself is very modern and spacious.

While we could park at the apartment, getting there was a challenge. The host did come and meet us and we followed him to the apartment, which was most helpful. Parking is often a challenge when booking at old town locations. We had a secure covered garage, which was nice.
