"Fijne plek in leuk gedeelte van Sevilla op prima loopafstand van historisch centrum."

Fijne plek, dicht bij leuke terrassen. Op loopafstand van de stad. Fijn om een dakterras te hebben.

Bed is heel smal en matras ligt wel wat door. Stoelen op dakterras vonden we zelf erg oncomfortabel.

Pas de petit déjeuner. Grosses difficultés et dangereuses. Le levier de limitation d'ouverture de la fenêtre de la salle d'eau était cassé. La fenêtre peut basculer sur la personne qui l'œuvre ou sur celle qui est au WC. Je l'ai signalé Je vous contacterai dès mon retour pour vous dresser la liste des imperfections.

L'appartamento una piccola bomboniera. Un open space ma c'era tutto compresa la lavatrice. Molto ben tenuto infatti chiedono una cauzione di € 90,00 che, dopo la verifica che sia tutto a posto al check out, restituiscono. Louise è stata gentile e simpatica. Mi ha accolto Lei per l'accesso e consegna chiavi. Ho apprezzato di non essere stata costretta a scaricare app e digitare codici per accedere. Tutto pulito e lo consiglio. Non è in pieno centro e per raggiungere le maggiori attrazioni devi fare una bella camminata ma Siviglia merita. In ogni caso a meno di 10 minuti ci sono le fermate dei bus. Peccato non aver potuto fermarmi di più.

L'unica pecca di questo appartamento è che mi sono trovata le formiche in casa. Entrano dalla finestra della cucina anche chiusa. Basterebbe dotare l'appartamento di un antiformiche spray. Non ho trovato altri difetti...magari predisporrei alcuni canali TV in lingua.

La terrasse c'est pas celle de la photo mais la terrasse d'à côté
