Location was great, the apartment was perfect for a couple. Quality price relationship was good. the neighborhood was calm.

We had a misunderstanding for recovering the keys and doing the checkin. If you can speak Spanish or French, it will be easier to avoid any miscomprehension and wait too long outside or miss the checkin time.

Good location, apartment had everything we needed, the girl who gave us the keys was super nice and i got some fantastic coffee making tips from her.

Our family travels a lot and we have comparison. Way too many extra fees for this average apartment. If you arrive late, there can be a huge fee for a late check in. This added stress into the start for our trip, if the flight arrives on time and if we get our taxi on time. My own fault was to miss the part about 120.- euros deposit. I usually avoid these places, as it shows the owner doesn’t trust their guests (or to create afterwards fake complaints). The apartment was okay but not that fancy or special to leave any deposit. This added more unnecessary stress that i had to do recordings before we left at 6 am to have proof of the apartment’s condition in case any claims are made. This is not what i want from my holiday.

Lovely well equipped apartment in a convenient part of the city. Supermarket nearby and walking distance to most sites, bus station etc. Excellent communication. Was met at apartment at the precise time previously agreed.

Returning to this great apartment. Spacious apartment with roof top terrace. Excellent air con which is needed in 39 degree heat! Kitchen had plenty of utensils etc. Bed could probably do with a new mattress as there's a slight dip in the middle...nothing that would detere from staying again tho! Centrally located - 2 min walk to Alameda & 5/10 min walk to main shopping area & sights. Huge amount of restaurants & tapa bars to choose from in the area. Very safe & local community area...Would highly recommend!

Excellent terrace area with dining furniture & 2 lounge chairs - would have loved a sun lounger or two to make the most of the fab weather - just a personal preference!

Excellent apartment with balcony that had sun all day. Contact throughout booking & whilst staying was excellent. Fantastic location, 5 mins to Alameda de Hercules & 10mins walk to cathedral. Apartment equipped with everything you need for 2 people. Extremely quiet building. Small bit of confusion accessing the apartment as we arrived late at night, but got sorted out quickly....Would highly recommend.
