Liked the terrace on the roof. Location was good kind of hidden behind large garage door.

They were clean and there was everything we needed

The location is great - 15 minutes to the Cathedral. Great terrace, but unfortunatelly not possible to use during the day in hot months (no shadow on the terrace). Clean.

Uncomfortable (old) bed in the upstair bedroom. A bit unpractical acces to the upstair bedroom (tricky stairs).

The host wasn’t very welcoming upon arrival. Required a deposit that we weren’t informed of. The bed was very uncomfortable and not clean - we left with a few bites.

Excellent location in a quiet area, 15-20 minutes walking distance from the main attractions of Seville. Lovely host, she welcomed us on arrival and expressed her availability to be contacted should we need anything. We've been offered a map of Seville that was very useful in organising our tours around the city.

The mattress was not very comfortable but only on one side, it might need replacing. Also, we struggled to find the designated area to throw the domestic and recycling rubbish, as unfortunately, we don't speak Spanish. We finally managed but none of that spoiled our stay in Seville.

This apartment was beautifully clean with all new appliances in the kitchen. It was well equipped with everything I needed for my 3-night stay and in a great location making it very easy to walk around the City comfortably. It was a compact bedsit but well planned with a very small lift - might be a squeeze with large suitcases - I just managed to get in with a rucksack but the stairs were fine to the 2nd floor.

I didn't realise until after I had booked and paid for the apartment (no refund as last minute booking) that the one I had did not have the roof terrace so please do check before you commit to book. I bought it up with the Landlord who was lovely but it would appear that this has happened before - apparently, he has submitted all the information to Booking.com and they deal with the layout. This was disappointing for me as the main reason I booked this particular property was for the roof terrace / open air space it seemed to offer. I still enjoyed my stay very much and didn't actually spend as much time in the apartment as I had intended.

Great appartment, super clean, confortable, everything new and complete.
