Lovely 3 bed ground floor flat with free parking

Location excellent Flat is perfectly comfortable (although quite small) and perfectly clean.

Needs a number on the lock box at the back of the flat (I spent several minutes trying to get in next door!) The flat is fine - but rather small as a three bedroomed place - at full capacity of 4 adults and 2 children it would be very tight indeed. KITCHEN - there's a chopping board, but no knife to slice a tomato or an onion. There's no bread knife (but TWO tin openers!) The large non stick frying pan is not compatible with the induction hob. It took me a while to figure that out! At the strong money charged for this place, these issues should not exist. But overall we (just a couple) enjoyed the stay - and the location and the parking is great.

The apartment was well fitted out and very handy for the beach and the town. Great to have designated parking.

Excellent location for the town facilities and beach. The flat was clean and well decorated. The shower was excellent. The parking space was good but not for 2 vehicles

Found the wash basins virtually unusable due to the shelf covering them. There were no knives for food prep etc only dining knives and forks.

Location is close to beach & town centre. Flat is recently refurbished with new appliances.

Lack of instructions for wi fi and other equipment and general info about the flat. It would have been a bit tight with 4 adults and only the one bathroom

This apartment is in a superb location, on the ground floor, and just a few minutes walk to the beach, parks, amusements, town centre and of course, the great Swanage Railway station. It includes 2 free parking spaces - which are essential for this town in summer. The kitchen area is brand new and everything works smoothly. Jo was very helpful and quick to respond to guide us on a few initial queries to get us settled in. Would certainly consider returning.
