Lovely 3 bed ground floor flat with free parking

Location

Can’t clean teeth in the bathroom sinks as your head hits the shelf on bottom of mirror. The en-suite bed is extremely hard and uncomfortable.

Location is ideal, property was very clean and had everything that we needed. Shower in bath is very good. Place is very well equiped with all that you need.

Living room / kitchen is a little cramped with two sofas and table.

Great location Parking is definitely a bonus Rooms were great size Quiet building

Couldn't connect to WiFi Longlife milk was out of date The room with bunk beds was quiet dusty

Parking problems

Great location, just a few minutes walk to beach and town. The main bedroom you come in the back door and your in the bedroom. Because we needed 3 bedrooms, I had to sleep in the bunk bed(children's room) Well equipped kitchen. Dishwasher, microwave... cleaning equipment all left there, even though we brought our own. Lovely modern bathrooms. Very deep bath.

The bunk was very uncomfortable, the mattress was very poor and obviously for a small child. The ledge above the bed was covered in sand, and the window sill covered in dust! I did not clean it, child's sand toy under the wardrobe, so floor not cleaned properly. We were going to hoover before we left but could not find a hoover or long handled brush.

The Location was perfect for walking to the beach (5 minutes). I liked getting 2 parking spaces (a real bonus). Having two toilets/ showers and bath facilities was very convenient. (We are a family of four adults and two children). Was very clean and a rear exit to the car park was useful for unloading,

I would have liked more wardrobe and kitchen cupboard space. Also a bit tight around the dining table. These are only minor things. It did'nt spoil our holiday. The question above "Would you stay at this property again" - The only reason I said no was because we always choose a different holiday location each year.

Small rooms TV problems

Location was perfect for us with two children and not so agile grandma. Able to adjust heating easily, Ample fridge freezer facility. Great hot water system for 5 people to shower twice a day. children's buckets and spades, puzzles. Good quality linen and towels. Hair dryer. Modern bathrooms and Kitchen. Good amount of pans, crockery and cutlery.

No instruction on how to operate extractor fan above hob as there were buttons. Nice new curtains in dining area didn't have correct hooks for the rail so kept falling off. Dishwasher efficient but needed salt and rinse aid on our arrival, however worked well enough. Hand towel in kitchen but no tea towel. Key lock box a bit fiddly and needed two people to open

Great location. Very tidy flat with good selection of equipment. Communication with owner excellent, always responded quickly and helpfully. Would stay again

A few more mugs and glasses would help, as too few to effectively use dishwasher and still have enough.
