Bedrooms were lovely and fresh linen/towels House is a great size for a family stay

On opening front door, a stale smell from the living room was overwhelming. The tv in the main bedroom didn't connect to anything. There's a cockrel next door which will waken you every morning early!

Upon arrival, the exterior of the property was filthy. Doors and windows covered in a thick layer of dirt. Once access was gained, I walked i to a freezing cold smelly house. Grubby walls, damaged decor. Looked mostly vacant, as though it hadn't been used for some time. More halfway house/student bedsit than rental apartment. Did not feel clean or safe. Left the property immediately. *Edit* KG Inspired Property have since offered a full refund. Will update when this happens

"Convenient with plenty of room."

Accommodation was perfect for us working in the centre. The house was easy to get into and was homley enough for 3 men working away.

If I was being over critical the carpets upstairs were fraying away from the threshold bars and coming away from the walls. If I was there with my young children this would be an issue as they would be pulling the carpet up!
