The customer service was impeccable. The hot water and heating were not working and got prompt responses to whatsapp messages to get it working.

The mattresses could have been of a better quality. We could feel the springs while sleeping. It worked out fine because we were too tired and just slept.

it was close to the sea.

The whole house was smelling of damp from the moment you walked in. The downstairs cupboard was covered in damp. Does not really help when your kids suffer from asthma. The downstairs bathroom door wouldn't close so we had to shower with it open. The kitchen cupboards and draws stunk of damp as well. Parking was a issue as it was on a very steep hill. Also argued with the neighbors. Would not be visiting Swansea again in the future. Despite contact nothing was done, no refund or partial refund was given and then they want to hound us for a review!!
