This is a cool apartment. Great location and looking out to the water is fabulous. We only discovered Erice because we could see the cable car from the apartment and it got us curious.

We did struggle for maybe 10 minutes to find the apartment because there was a similar number property further up on the same street but not a big deal, to be honest.

Stunning sea view 😍😍 I don't think I've ever stayed in a place with a beautiful view like this. Nice cozy apartment, everything available, right next to the beach. Lovely host. Absolutely yes.

The apartment was beautiful and the view stunning. Wonderful place to swim.

However to get the view you have to walk up 51 narrow stairs and while we were there builders were working on adjoining apartments.

Really lovely apartment in a great location with wonderful sea views. Fully equipped kitchen and lovely new shower etc. The hoist was a great way of getting our heavy luggage upstairs.

The only temporary downside was the building work in progress. As a result, access was not quite as one would reasonably expect. Although the noise was understandable, it was intolerable if one was in during the day.

Once inside, it is a great place. The living room has two huge picture windows that look out over the sea. The view is amazing. The apartment is very nicely done. There is a more than a bit of construction going on outside and inside a sort of entryway/courtyard. A neighbor helped us find out way in. The location is very good.

There is a great view, but unfortunately there is not enough hot water in the shower. We have to wait until 12 o'clock in the morning to meet the needs of three people. The parking issue also needs to be carefully considered.

The amazing view and the central location made this a really special stay.

The numerous flights of stairs were a struggle at times for two older ladies, but the winch to assist with baggage was wonderful, thanks to the kindness of our host and the generous Annalise.

Too many stairs to climb, but the winch worked very well in hauling our luggage up several floors.

The beautyfull views at the sea and the nice walking promenade and the city and mountain. Nice little balcony for 2 chairs. In the middle of the beautyfull part of the old city. Nice modern appartement. No noise from the city at all.
