Old Town - Oleviste Apartment

The location is fabulous - you can see Oleviste church from the window. Plenty of space. Great kitchen. Also, the mattresses were very comfortable.

Living room has a lot of big and empty shelving. It makes it look like someone has just moved out. Also, the sofa has seen better days. And it is not nice that they have put out be quiet warning signs on living room shelves - every traveller knows that we should not be noisy during the night :)

Apartment in perfect location, it’s also spacious and comfortable.

Main sofa is dirty and stinky. There were no kitchen towels or sponges to clean the counters/table.

The location of the apartment is absolutely beautiful! The view from the terrace! It is very easy to visit the city just nearby and have a good meal at the various restaurants available.

The facilities were a bit worn. The toilet seat was not fixed and one bed also has it’s issues. The rest was in good condition.

Everything was clean and well equipped. The balcony and open kitchen are highlights of the apartment.

The Location is very good, you are right in the city center and can reach anything you want. Getting the keys is very easy and the host does a great job to explain everything. Upon arrival we didn't like the smell in the apartment, and wanted to open all the windows to air it out. That's where te first problem started, where we couldn't get the skylight windows open, which means that 1 bedroom is entirely without fresh air. Then we saw a lot of mold in the bathroom and on those windows. Probably because some guests didn't close the windows when it rained. We did not feel comfortable in the apartment and some didn't wanna shower there because it was honestly a bit disgusting. This apartment has many great positive points, but the cleanliness outweighs everything else. - Very dark mold on the skylight windows - Very dark mold in the bathtub - Very weird smell in the Bathroom - No window in the bathroom, and skylight windows not able to open - Many Silverfish's running around on the floor
