Oh so so many stairs! They should tell you it's on the 4th/5th floor without elevator/lift.

Location is spectacular.

•The location was just wonderful. We were close to everything and near good bus routes for things further afield. •Loved the little roof terrace. Had to go out on it, despite the snow. The view was great and the sunset a bonus. •Space for a family of 5 adults to spread out. •We could prepare and cook our own meals to save money. •Shower was hot every time - brilliant. •Good storage, especially for wet coats and shoes, and equipment for most things. •Recycling systems for the apartment block seem very organised. •Heating in the stairwells - what a difference that made coming in each evening in the middle of winter!

•Would have loved a folder with information on heating/pretend woodburner, cooker, bins, recommendations for restaurants and activities etc. •We had no problem with stairs but it was 5 floors up. Wouldn’t be suitable for everyone. •Kitchen wasn’t set up for more than basic cooking really and dishwasher tablets were terrible so we washed by hand. •Bin system in flat wasn’t as organised as the town. We took our own recycling and food waste into the food courts which have excellent facilities. •Guests need to be aware there are some awkward angles in rooms due to roofline and no door on one of the bedrooms. •Melting snow on boots often caused puddles under the shoe rack. Perhaps a mat under the boot rack would protect the wooden floor a little.

Location, size and comfort all excellent. Ghost easy to talk to and ask questions.

Felt a little sparse - not very decorated. A very minor thing, but didn't feel like there was a lot done to make it welcoming.

The apartment was bigger than expected. It is close to the ferry and the old town, both in walking distance. We would stay here again.

No tumble drier, no aircon, built in coffee machine needing a service and dirty, small Nespresso machine making lukewarm coffee, no microwave, toilet seat cracked (ring)

Fantastic spacious apartment right in the old town. Great living/kitchen area to hang out in.

Some of the rooms were very hot even in winter, making it difficult to sleep. Unsure if it is possible to adjust the underfloor heating temperature.
