The view from the patio is very nice

The patio is shared with people who stay in the main house. This was a total surprise when we arrived as in the description of the accommodation it said private, it was very awkward as the people in the house also werent aware we would be there. Also the apartment is very very noisy, you can literally hear the people in the house urinate and follow their conversations. Forget about your sleep. I wish this was disclosed prior to us arriving

the patio is nice, easy to cook and spacious

the house is split in 2 so you can hear very well your neighbours... and could not sleep before late sometimes especially everytime they were using the staircase..., could be a bit cleaner

Its a damp old run down property. I don't know how booking.com even qualify these sort of old houses to be even on the list here. Feel absolute cheated.

"We had a lovely stay at Luigi's. It's not fancy but it had everything we needed. Would stay again."

The location was great, if you have a car. It's just a few minutes from the city center. It's also in a quiet neighbourhood, at the end of a cul de sac. You also have access to the property's patio area and garden, and from the garden's elevated vantage point, you get a really nice view of the neighbourhood, especially at sunrise and sunset. Water pressure was great in the shower! Last but not least, Luigi was a wonderful host.

The fold out bed was too soft for my liking. A TV would have been nice but we really didn't miss it.

"nice quiet apartment"

firstly it was great to have booked this at such short notice as previous plans fell through. we had everything we needed. the bed and the sofa-bed were comfortable and it was a nice quiet and private area.

to be honest it was just the weather that put a damper on things.
