Luigi's apartment

We stayed here for three nights and had a great experience. The place is cozy and nice. The heater was really helpful during the cooler nights, and everything was clean and well-maintained. The landlord was very friendly and kind, which made us feel very welcome. Highly recommend!

there was no dishwasher But there was always hot water, so washing dishes by hand wasn’t a problem.

Set in beautiful gardens with Lake views.

The issues I have had as follows: The only power points in the bedroom are non functional. dead bugs on the floor and the cobwebs and dust in the flat Spiders living in all corners of bedroom The wifi also keeps dropping out and stopping. Curtains dirty and smelly . Views not accurately represented from listing Place very hot and stuffy with no methods for cooling Couch stained and room too small to have bed and table while still functional . Washing machine located Outside and shared with larger house . No private entrance /misleading ad Shower curtain railing loose Light bulb in bathroom doesn’t work near shower Bbq was dirty Misrepresented space. Access through to main house blocked only blocked off by mattress and bookshelf in front of a door. Not a private space at all. Bedrooms above and whole house to the left. Hole in bedroom roof Curtains must be closed in kitchen area to ensure privacy from main house . When I raised these issues to property I was told to stay elsewhere. Owner is refusing to return communications from booking .com I am still waiting for a refund of at least the second night that I didn’t stay there. Outdated information in welcome pack . Sharing the apartment with another family. Could have more privacy and peace.

The host had left places I could take my dogs which meant so much to me. My dogs are my children.

There was no tv and when I went out and put my dogs in there crates there was nothing for them to listen to, to feel comfortable. If I had of known I would have bought something to avoid them hearing all different noises been away from home.
