Everything was great, clean and comfortable

The water from the flat above runs down behind the headboard of the bed so every time they shower or use the bathroom it sounds like a waterfall behind your head if lying in bed. Quite annoying. Maybe a bit of insulation might help. You also hear lots of noise from above too in general. One bulb out in seating area, hold back of curtain not in wall and curtains could be hung better as curtain tape sagging making it look a mess. Just small things really but easy to sort out to make the place perfect.

Alle voorzieningen waren aanwezig, zelfs in de keuken en badkamer. Een heel fijn en mooi appartement om een paar dagen te verblijven.

Lovely studio, fluffiest towels, and plenty of them. Clean , quiet would recommend.

Problem with toilet flush, as was weekend and rural no plumber fortunately next door was free , so we had to use the loo in there. Only reason marked down.

Everything, we had a lovely warm welcome on arrival from Leigh-Anne . The building and the location are stunning. It really is the most beautiful room we’ve ever stayed in (and we travel a lot).. the room was really tastefully decorated, the bed was so comfortable with sumptuous bedding. There were 2 large armchairs to relax in. Honestly we can’t praise The Rectory Rooms enough and with a lovely Pub/restaurant a 30 second walk away over a lovely stone bridge and gorgeous Grassington a mile and a half walk away, it really was the perfect stay.. The chocolate cake on arrival was really thoughtful too.. we are Looking forward to returning in the future. Vicky and Chris

Comfy bed. Good location. Parking available. Nice little touches from host and excellent communication

As previous guests have mentioned , it can be noisy when there are guests occupying the studio above.
