The Rectory Rooms, Studio 3

The location was excellent for our walking needs. Parking on site , also bus stop just over the road (which we used to go into Skipton) . Studio was very equipped and was very clean. Bed was lovely and comfy. Lots of space to store clothes etc . The bathroom was small but perfectly acceptable , clean and had a great shower. Loved the fact it was over the stream from a lovely pub serving food as well as drink.

Beautiful location by river. Well equipped, comfy studio. Lots of hot water. Basic starter pack provided. Pleasant cosy decor

We were there mid June. V warm and long evenings but the studio is virtually pitch black even in daytime due to one window. Would be ok in winter but bit claustrophobic in summer. Also window is in owner's (?) garden so have to have curtains shut when changing etc. plumbing/ drains etc from room above very noisy

Lovely location and great property. Milk, tea, coffee and cake supplied. Plenty of parking

Bed comfy but mattress too small for base. Kept banging my knee on bed base and my head on light fitting (only 6' tall). 2 quite big steps down to bathroom. Toiletries supplied but no shower gel.

Well equipped, extremely comfortable bed, great shower, lovely village setting by the river, outdoor seating.

Perfect location - easy walk to the pub or into Grassington Very well- equipped kitchen and bathroom with all the essentials. Lemon Cake and milk in the fridge are a lovely touch. Beautifully furnished accommodation

Mattress a little soft but that’s only because we have a firm one at home

Lovely location in the village. Very nice decor. Comfortable beds. Loved looking out over the well maintained gardens. Had all we needed for a very relaxing stay and for the small amount of cooking we did. Good position across the road from the pub and nice walks nearby. Cake, milk etc was nice to have on arrival. Really lovely accommodation we would be happy to return to or recommend to others.

Nothing we didn't like.. But a couple of things would have been helpful. 1. A frying pan would have been handy (I took my own as I knew what I was cooking the only night we cooked). 2. Shower heat was also quite difficult to control.
