Clean, comfortable and close to a lovely pub. Leigh-Anne was easy to contact and very understanding.

Perfect location for exploring the dales

Location, tea and coffee, basic cooking facilities as self catered. Comfortable bed and space.

Drive instructions to Laura Lane good, but should add drive 1 mile to Linton, then etc.... should reception cut out. (Sat nav responded to same address as The Rectory Rooms). Another hook in the bathroom for towels would be appreciated. Clarify that the water temp is set for shower, and for panel heating. Suggest include local places to eat, or drink.

Excellent pub 2 min walk away. Perfectly placed for walks around Grassington. Quiet, clean, well equipped, comfortable accommodation.

A bit tricky to find in the dark, so find on Google Street View first.

Fabulous stay at The Rectory Rooms. Perfect location, in a beautiful little village with a homely pub selling great food less than 50 metres across the little stream. Room was brilliantly equipped with everything we needed and had the wow factor too. Fabulous stay. 100% recommended.

Beautiful room, warm, clean, quiet and added touch of a cake, milk, tea bags and coffee.

Only downside…. We had to come home!

really nicely furnished and comfortable quality fittings king sized bed. Full marks in that department😃

the spring loaded sink plug needs to be replaced. was difficult to empty the basin. The shower was on the hot side and adjusting the temperature control made no difference.Tried turning the boiler temperature down but this made no difference either. The kitchen sink central drainer is largely blocked and smells.Needs a good clean. Fridge light needs replacing.

Situated in an idyllic location. By a river and an excellent pub. The studio had everything you could ask for. The host couldn’t have been any kinder.

You can hear the people staying above you very clearly. It’s fine if they are respectful of others but not so good if they aren’t.
