Perfect location and so beautifully decorated and furnished. Even my 8 year old thought the pillows was the most comfortable she had slept on! The dual function microwave - (thank goodness for an instruction book) was fine and really all we needed. Food at the pub across the village green was good quality, any my daughter loved playing in the stream. Really lovely break away 😊

location was great. bed was lovely. host kindly left a cake for my husband's birthday, nice touch.

signage at the front of the property would help you know this was the right house, A tea towel and dish cloth/sponge would have been useful (had to go and buy them to do the dishes) TV signal kept dropping out!

Gorgeous setting, clean and had everything we needed. Powerful shower, the bed was soooo comfy!! Real nice touches like soap, milk and quality soft furnishings. The towels were stunningly soft!

It’s a shame a bonfire was lit outside our bedroom window on the Friday night as this meant we couldn’t let air in and it ended up stinking the whole room out. Also the guests upstairs were incredibly noisy and woke me up just after 6am on the Saturday (which can’t be helped).

The property was extremely clean and in a great location. A cake was very kindly left to celebrate a birthday.

Lovely little place we used as a base for 2 nights whilst exploring the vast amount walks and attractions in the local area. Fantastic location for access to Grassington and nearby villages. Had everything we needed in the kitchenette for a little breakfast each morning and everything was brand spanking clean. Very impressed. Thank you!
