The Rectory Rooms, Studio 3

The location was superb and the room was stunning (loved the wallpaper!) So many extras like cake, throws, proper shampoo. The owner was lovely. Definitely go again soon.

Entrance path a bit slippy and I fell. No-ones fault, just as it is. Didn't spoil a fantastic getaway.

The property was warm, cozy and well equipped. Was an amazing location with brilliant access to so many hot-spots across Yorkshire.

We had a problem with the hot water while staying - however after notifying host she went above and beyond to sort out our problem and gave us great service in providing another solution to the issue.

The location was sublime! The property had all we needed and thoughtful extras were supplied, such as coffee, tea milk and cake for arrival.

Such a wonderful property is difficult to find negatives, but a recommendation would be an available fan. The December nights were surprisingly warm and even with all radiators off, and window open, a fan would have brought some needed circulation.

This place was awesome, beautiful location in the village of Linton, right beside the river with a pub across the other side. The host was there to greet us, lovely lady x We stayed in room 3, a self contained studio that is beautifully and tastefully decorated with everything you need, milk, tea, coffee,sugar, hot chocolate and cake, proper size bar of soap and shampoo, extra pillows/bedding, hair dryer, iron, fully stocked crockery/cutlery/utensils, pots/pans, every thing you could need, even a sewing kit. Very comfortable mattress and luxury bedding, comfortable arm chairs and side table, breakfast bar and stools. Beautiful clean shower room. Constant warm temperature throughout the day and night. Host went above and beyond x
