Ho molto apprezzato l’esatta corrispondenza delle foto caricate su Booking con quello che ho trovato nell’appartamento. Tutto molto pulito. Locale caldo e accogliente e curato per soddisfare tutte le esigenze per un soggiorno eccezionale.

Avrei gradito rispondessero al telefono quando ho provato a contattarli al momento del check-in però devo anche sottolineare che non avevo comunicato tempestivamente il mio ritardo e non avevo caricato nei giorni precedenti i documenti per accelerare l’ingresso nell’appartamento.

Great location, well appointed apartment.

The heating and hot water didn't work. Nobody welcomed me to the property and showed me how the facilities functioned. I messaged the owner via the application about the elements that didn't work and never got a response.

The worst experience of my life. We arrived at the property at night, and the entrance was poorly marked, making it very difficult to find the apartment door. All the appliances were plugged into a single power strip, so if you wanted to use the microwave, for example, you had to unplug the refrigerator. The shower door kept coming off. The air conditioner in the bedroom had an annoying light that couldn’t be turned off. The internet stopped working a day before we left, and when we contacted the host, he was extremely rude in his messages and eventually stopped responding altogether. I had to book another place because I needed a reliable internet connection. When I requested a refund, the host responded rudely once again. Do not book this apartment — it’s a complete scam.

No tuvimos buena internet. Y no nos respondieron sobre cómo realizar el check out. Esto no fue un verdadero problema pero nos hubiera gustado una comunicación más fluida.

Nice apartment, great location in town close to everything. Tall ceiling with a nice kitchen and bathroom. A good base to visit the Amalfi Coast.

There was a problem with the booking system, which is online. I completed all the checkin information and they sent me a code to open the gate to the building. But I wasn't sent a code to get the room key. When I contacted the accommodation company I was told we needed to stay in another apartment for some reason. So a maid showed us another apartment in the same building. Then we were told we had to move to our original apartment the next day so we packed up, then we were told we didn't have to move after all. Bad communication all around and very inconvenient for us. Shame as it was a really nice apartment. Just a shame about how they book the apartments.
