"Not the best experience"

We found the apartment mostly comfortable and in a good location.

The check in was a complete fiasco. We had to check in online and supposedly had an online passcode to access the doors and then get the keys. In reality, as I feared, we couldn't get through the initial gates and had to ring customer service to send someone to let us in. It was all very annoying after a long day travelling. The other issue is the bathroom - the shower cubicle is very small and the overhead shower very poor, not a fun experience at all. And the toilet gets stuck and keeps filling up forever.

Great location! Historical centre is beautiful. There is a great coffee shop near the apartment that serves excellent coffee and breakfasts (Filtro Cafe).

Great location and very authentic. Affordable price.

Small details - no liquid hand soap in the dispenser, no shower gel at all. Shower cabin is leaking - after shower there will be a small flood on the floor. Link to open the door was not working properly and we had to wait for locker code to get physical key.
