Historic Charm Garden Flat Adjoining Central Park

A beautiful flat that backs onto Vivary Park. An ideal location for the town, especially if you’re staying without a car. It’s full of character and charm, with space to relax.

Super communication with the owner, the location was central to the shopping area and park in Taunton with easy access to parking. The property is beautifully decorated with lots of attention to detail.

Wish I could’ve stayed longer!

The host was extremely helpful and accommodating, the property is ideally located for the town, and the race course is only a 5 min drive. It felt like a home away from home. A beautiful accommodation with everything you need for a relaxing stay.

Very interesting garden flat right downtown backing Vivary park. Very interesting furnishings and spacious making an ideal base for a few nights or more. Very friendly host and delightful dogs who were pleased to meet us.

The host was really welcoming. I'm a pet lover and dog owner so it was lovely to meet the dogs. Helped me to feel comfortable and safe. The dogs are kept in the house upstairs so if you're not a dog lover you don't have to meet them. The apartment was close to shops and restaurants, literally a stones throw. The apartment was beautiful and I did not expect the size and amenities to be as great and as extensive as they were. Everything is provided, towels, toiletries if you don't want to bring your own shower gel etc. Tvs in both the bedroom and the lounge and can easily accomodate 3 adults in the large double room and sleigh bed in the lounge. If you like hotel life this might not be for you but I think if you're in Taunton for site seeing or seeing family it's perfect place for a longer stay. I felt like I didn't soak it all in, in my overnight stay.

Parking was separate from accommodation, so I did get confused about the location of the flat, but the host was super accommodating and literally collected me and walked me over. I also hadn't realised that the owner lived in the main house above the flat. I had thought there was a series of flats in the building but that might be to do with the description of the accomodation/booking.com's classification or me completing missing that! It did not take away from my very pleasant stay.

Loved the quirky interesting furniture and decorations. Such character. All facilities were perfect, the bed one of the best I've slept in. A really delightful experience, so central yet in a magical world.
