La situation plein-centre est idéale. Dans un vieil immeuble, Gabriele a réussi à faire un appartement très agréable avec une terrasse à l'arrière où il fait bon déjeuner le midi à l'écart du bruit de la rue, terrasse donnant sur de jolis arbres.

La porte qui donne sur la rue m'a résisté mais rien de grave. C'est une superbe vieille porte en bois.

Lokatie is perfect. Vlakbij centrum, supermarkt vlakbij alsook een ondergrondse parkeergarage (betaalbaar). Het appartement zelf is ruim en fris. Het terras is een grote troef. We vonden dit zeker een fijn verblijf. De stad Sassari is echt fijn. Lieve, behulpzame en positieve bevolking.

De uitrusting van de keuken kan een update verdragen. Het gebouw zelf is qua geluidsisolatie ondermaats (maar daar kan de eigenaar weinig aan veranderen). Een sfeerlampje in de living zou ook gezelliger zijn. Verder alles prima. Geen kritiek, gewoon enkele bedenkingen.

Lo mejor del apartamento fue la ubicación, y aunque no había mucho sitio para aparcar si te alejabas un par de calles, encontrabas zonas gratuitas. La amplitud del apartamento, y aun estando en el centro no era una zona ruidosa.

Lo que no me gustó fue la cocina, pues no está preparada como tal, le faltaban muchos utensilios, vajilla y sitio para manipular. Y el lavabo para lo grande que era, tenia una ducha muy pequeña y no se aguantaba el teléfono, un poco incómoda.
