"A fabulous apartment <500m to the beach, walkable to Sawtell Village, +- 5kms to shopping centre"

One of four apartments in the complex. Privately owned - the owner has left the apartment with some of their personal items which are kept seperate. Much bigger than the photos depict. Beach chairs available to use. Bus stop right outside the apartment. Lovely big patio at the back with a rattan table and 2 chairs, a 6 seater wooden table and benches, an electric barbecue. The 2 x bedrooms were above-average large with lots of fitted cupboards. Main bedroom had a queen bed with extra length - was seriously comfy. The 2nd bedroom had 3 x single beds. All with lovely linen. Kitchen was fully fitted with everything needed to make a great meal or even bake a cake/muffins. The laundry had a Bosch washing machine (my next machine is going to be Bosch)! Next to the machine was a basin to do hand-washing. Lots of outside clothes-lines. Undercover carport great. Lovely neighbours. We will definitely stay here again when we visit Coffs Harbour from South Africa to see our children and grandchildren. Be sure to have a coffee or meal at the Kiosk at Sawtell Beach - yum!

Just <3 weeks, and no free linen change - this was disappointing. No beach towels - arriving from a country > 15,000 kms away, we didn't expect to have to purchase beach towels. Leaving a couple of beach-towels for the occupier would surely be no more issue than leaving linen and bath towels? If lost or damaged, the occupier could be charged accordingly? No oven gloves. No cutlery drainer at the kitchen sink. No safe to keep valuable documents etc. Washline in carport was broken. The wifi's alarm kept on going off - we reported it to the property agent McGrath who advised to simply turn off the alarm while they got someone out to sort it out. Not sure impact of doing this to the wifi. No-one did every come to resolve the issue. Traffic a bit noisy Mon - Sat between 06h00 and 08h00
